Prior to the event, its participants made a study tour of the revolutionary battle site.

Through the tour, they deeply grasped the noble spirit and indomitable revolutionary faith of the fighters who, under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, waged long bloody battles against the Japanese imperialists.

They had a poem-recitation after arriving at the top of Jangsu Peak.

Recited were poems stirring up all the people's zeal for the revolution and struggle with the eternal vitality.

Attending the event were Chairman Pak In Chol of the GFTUK Central Committee and officials of the C.C., GFTUK, and trade union officials in Pyongyang City.
