Attending it were members and alternate members of the SPYL Central Committee. Present as observers were officials of the SPYL Central Committee and youth league officials of ministries and national institutions.

The meeting focused on the matter for carrying through the important tasks set forth by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in his historic policy speech at the 7th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

The reporter said Kim Jong Un's policy speech is a weapon of practice and a banner of struggle for further displaying the mightiness and invincibility of the DPRK and bringing about a substantial leap forward in all spheres of socialist construction.

He referred to the measures for arousing the youth league officials and members to the struggle for opening up a new phase of the state development after analyzing the shortcomings revealed in the past work of the youth league organizations.

The meeting adopted a relevant resolution based on the study of its draft.
