The floral baskets were sent by the Board of Directors of the International Martial Arts Foundation, the General Association of Koreans in China, Phyo Song Ryong, chairman of the Association of Korean Businessmen in China, Kil Kyong Gap, chairman of the Association of Korean Nationals in Shenyang City, Kang Hak Won, chairman of the Association of Korean National Businessmen in Liaoning Province, Shen Qingsong, chairperson of the Association of Korean Nationals in Dandong City of China, and Choe Kol, general manager of the Sobaeksu Culture Proliferation Co. Ltd. in Liaoning Province of China.

They were laid before the statues of the President and the Chairman on October 8.

That day, floral baskets in the names of Nadezhda Kolmakoba, general director of the Irkutsk Road Construction Co., Ltd. of Russia, and Lin Bin, manager of the Hengfeng Trade Co. Ltd. in Dandong of China, were placed before the statues of the great leaders.
