In the message, the chairman extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Socialist Political Party "For Just Russia-Patriots-Truth" and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the WPK.

The message said that the WPK has become the main political force of uniting the Korean society in the struggle against internal and external challenges and threats over the past several decades.

It said that the WPK bears the heavy responsibility for the future of the Korean people who have the right to live in a modernly developed socialist state while maintaining peace and friendship with neighboring countries.

It expressed the conviction that the long-standing cooperation between the two parties will continue to accelerate the development of strategic coordination, tactical cooperation and traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK.

It wished Kim Jong Un, the WPK and all the Korean people success and prosperity.
