| More Young People of DPRK Volunteer to Work at Major Economic Sectors

| Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- More than 70 young people in North Phyongan Province of the DPRK volunteered to work at major economic sectors including coalmines, mines, forestry and farms. Youths in Sinuiju City volunteered to work at the Junghung Farm in Samjiyon City with a will to realize their youthful hope and ideal at the foot of Mt Paektu, the sacred mountain of revolution. Those from Sonchon, Taegwan, Yomju and Uiju counties decided to advance into farms and those from Jongju City and Sakju and Ryongchon counties volunteered to work at the Kujang Area Coal-Mining Complex, the Phungnyon Mine, the Sinuiju Textile Mill, etc. A congratulatory meeting took place on Oct. 16. |
