The Education Commission made sure that a distance in-service retraining system was established for scientists and technicians at ten universities in cooperation with the State Commission of Science and Technology and pushed ahead with the work.

The universities completed the work for settling subjects of the distance in-service retraining and revising the program in a short span of time and started the retraining.

Many scientists and technicians have been able to raise their qualifications to a higher stage through the system established at various universities.

Those universities are directing efforts to further improving the contents and methods of the retraining conducive to improving the qualifications of scientists and technicians.
