The Central Committee of the youth league has intensified the organizational and political work to help the league organizations conduct ideological education for training the young people as reliable successors to the revolution who are staunchly carrying forward the revolutionary traditions of the Party as the eternal lineage.

Youth league organizations at all levels encourage the youth and students to deeply grasp the revolutionary spirit, created in the flames of the anti-Japanese war, through their study tour of revolutionary battle sites.

They raise the effectiveness of ideological education through such events as a meeting to share impressions of the reminiscences of the anti-Japanese guerillas, a poem recitation, a contest of singing revolutionary songs in chorus and an oratorical meeting.

The study of the revolutionary slogans dating back to the anti-Japanese armed struggle has been conducted in various forms and methods to give full play to the mental power of youths.

The organizations also help the young people enshrine the fighting spirit of the victorious wartime generation through visits to historic sites associated with the exploits performed by the Workers' Party of Korea for war victory and meetings with war veterans on holidays and significant days.
