Kim Pong Son, secretary of the Primary Party Committee of the factory, made a report there.

The reporter noted that Kim Jong Il visited the factory on Oct. 21, Juche 91(2002) to learn in detail about its technical equipment and production and give precious teachings on increasing the production of freight cars.

The Chairman clearly indicated the tasks and ways for producing modern freight cars, stressing the need for the workers of the factory to accelerate the technical updating of production processes and widely apply advanced technologies, the reporter said.

The reporter referred to the proud achievements made by the factory in the production over the past 20 years.

He called for producing more heavy-duty freight cars of various uses to diversify freight cars and make them heavy-duty.
