Presented to it, held on the theme of the home production of raw and other materials, fuel and equipment and the recycling, were papers which were completed in the course of research for definitely turning the country's chemical industry structure into a Juche industry relying on domestic raw materials.

Its participants deepened the technical exchange and discussion to normalize the fertilizer production, establish C1 chemical industry, produce basic chemical products based on glauberite and generalize the successes and experience gained in the local production of various kinds of catalysts.
