Attending it were figures of various circles, Juche idea followers and members of the organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people, including the chairman of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement and the chairman of the Uganda-DPRK Friendship Association.

They noted that from the first days of its foundation, the WPK set it as its mission to bear responsibility for the destiny of the people and take care of them and has served them for over 70 years.

Saying it is none other than the idea of H.E. Kim Jong Un on party building that the WPK should be a genuine party devotedly serving the people in order to live up to the great trust of the people calling it as a mother, they said that they could keenly realize the great man's noble view on the people through it.

They expressed the conviction that the Korean people would achieve a great success in building a socialist power under the guidance of the WPK, a motherly party, headed by Kim Jong Un.
