The outstanding leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping was a fundamental factor that further strengthened the national power of China and raised its international position over the past decade.

The Korean people are convinced that the Chinese nation's dream is sure to come true thanks to the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the devoted efforts of the Chinese people rallied around the party.

The DPRK and China have overcome all sorts of hardship, always sharing weal and woe with each other in the course of the struggle for independence against imperialism and for the accomplishment of the socialist cause, and have written a history of great friendship admired by the world people.

Today the bilateral friendship has entered a new heyday.

Under the guidance of Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, and Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the CPC, the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries are growing closer and stronger despite the complicated international situation.
