That our officials have a great ideal and ambition means that they set a bold and ambitious goal to turn their regions, sectors and units to suit the appearance of a powerful socialist country in all aspects. Only when officials always become ambitious in whatever they do, will the country pulsate with fresh innovations, bold creation and steady advance, demonstrating ever-rising power and modernity of the advanced country.

Ideal and aspirations require a bold practical ability. Whether an ideal and an ambition are transformed into reality or just remain as a desire depends on how one remains true to one's initial resolve. But it is never a royal road. To work just to get over with under the pressure of loads of tasks will only result in failure.

Only when all the work is successfully carried out by taking thoughtful steps one by one, can the precious successes be merged and amplified to be a springboard for the ideal society.

Let all the officials realize the comprehensive development and overall prosperity of socialist construction ahead of schedule in a steady and definite way with a great idea and ambition.
