The primary trade union committee of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill organized a meeting with a weaver hero produced at the mill in the Chollima era and launched at worksites an agitation performance with songs and poems on the theme of self-reliance to stir up the working masses' enthusiasm for struggle.

Trade union organizations at other units in the city, too, have intensified the work to arm their members with the spirit of self-reliance by making them be well aware of the Korean revolution's history and tradition of self-reliance.
