Participating in the exhibition were officials, teachers, researchers and graduate students from Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the Nano Engineering Branch of the State Academy of Sciences and Pyongyang University of Medicine.

The exhibition, divided into a virtual sci-tech exhibition and a sci-tech presentation through video conferencing, is a collection of over 20 exhibits and data on more than 40 achievements.

On the sidelines of the exhibition there was a lecture on the global trend in the nanotechnology development.
