More than 30 youths in North Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces volunteered to work at the railway transport sector.

They have vowed to work at difficult posts of the railway transport sector by inheriting the preceding generations' noble mental world and tradition of struggle.

Young people in Kim Chaek City and Kilju, Myonggan, Unhung and Paekam counties joined the ranks of volunteers.

Meanwhile, more than 10 youths in Ryanggang Province, including a youth league official in Kim Jong Suk County and graduate students of Hyesan University of Agriculture and Forestry and Hyesan University of Medicine, petitioned to work at farms true to the Party's programme for the rural revolution and at other difficult posts.

Officials and young people of relevant units presented bouquets to those volunteers, giving warm send-off.
