Going round the Phyonghwa Kindergarten in Wonsan City, the ten-day kindergarten at the Chonsam Farm in Anbyon County and the Thongchon Kindergarten in Thongchon County, he urged the officials and teachers to properly take nutrition care of the children as required by the law of childcare and thus bring up them to be strong, true to the noble intention of the Party Central Committee regarding the work for posterity as the top priority task of the Party and the state.

At the Wonsan Stock Farm and the Chonsam Farm and a goat farm under construction in Anbyon County, he stressed the need to secure good breeds and increase the production of dairy products for thoroughly implementing the Party's childcare policy and make full preparations for next year's farming on the basis of this year's successes, experience and lessons.
