Officials of the Agricultural Commission and each provincial rural economy committee have made all farms thoroughly take technical steps for preventing wheat crop from the winter conditions and raising the character of its yield.

Farms in North Hwanghae Province discussed the ways for raising the wheat rate of wintering and are now concentrating their efforts on its cultivation.

Such steps have been taken at other farms in North and South Phyongan and South Hamgyong provinces and Nampho City.
