The book contains 65 famous works, including historic reports, speeches, talks and conclusions made by the President in the period from October Juche 41 (1952) to July Juche 42 (1953).

Carried in those works are the strategic and tactical tasks for hastening the final victory in the Fatherland Liberation War by taking measures to further enhance the combat efficiency of the Korean People's Army and dealing a decisive blow to the U.S. imperialist aggressors with more positive military actions.

There are also works dealing with the detailed tasks and ways for the final victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, including the issue of conducting revolutionary art activities to powerfully arouse the service personnel to annihilate the enemy, the issue of impregnably defending the sky of Pyongyang and the issue of sinking all enemy warships intruding into the territorial waters of the country.
