| Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers in the field of railway transport in the DPRK are carrying more freights while waging a drive for extra-haulage on schedule without accident to implement the decision of the 18th plenary meeting of the Fifth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. By the end of October, 80-odd locomotive crews fulfilled their yearly freight transport plans across the Ministry of Railway Transport. Many crewmen of the Pyongyang Railway Bureau over-fulfilled their yearly transport plans. Locomotive engineers of the West Pyongyang Service Brigade of Engine introduced the operation methods suitable for the route lines to transport freights necessary for various economic sectors every day. Tens of locomotive engineers at the Jongju, Kaechon, Huichon and Sinuiju engine service brigades of the Kaechon Railway Bureau fulfilled their yearly transport plans. Crewmen of the Hamhung and Chongjin railway bureaus, too, carried out their yearly plans. |
