Shock brigade members from the ministries and national institutions in charge of the construction of an intermediary pilot plant of the Institute of Agro-chemicalization finished ground excavation of thousands of cubic meters, ground concrete tamping and other construction work in a short period and have pushed ahead with the tiling project.
