Competition in the contest, divided into two categories of disabled persons and amateurs, will be made in table tennis, tennis, shooting and archery events.

Present at the ceremony were officials of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned and players.

Yun Chang Il, chairman of the Central Committee of the federation, made an opening address to be followed by speeches.

At the end of the ceremony, table tennis matches were held in different categories.
