The volume contains 52 works including historic speeches, letters, conclusions and talks made by Kim Jong Il from March to October Juche 81 (1992).

Kim Jong Il in his work "Let Us Glorify the Great Achievements of the Respected Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" comprehensively clarified the greatness and immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, who is the best in ideology, leadership and traits.

His works "On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building" and "On Stepping up Internal Party Work to Meet the Present Situation" deal with the principled issues arising in the building of a revolutionary party of Juche and its activities on the basis of the historical lessons in building a socialist ruling party.

There are also works indicating the tasks and ways for accelerating the socialist economic construction and steadily improving the people's standard of living so as to give full play to the advantages of Korean-style socialism.

Some of those works clarify the orientation and ways for bringing about a fresh turn in building the Juche-oriented literature and art including literature, film, opera and music.

The book also contains works on taking good care of the life of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters and on directing great efforts to the education of the youth and other works giving perfect answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in the revolution and construction.
