Working people in Sukchon County of South Phyongan Province secured a large area of farmland by raising the operation rate of excavators and bulldozers and Sunchon City improved several rivers in the relevant areas to finish its annual plan by the end of May.

Those in North Hwanghae Province carried out their yearly plan in the first half of the year.

Similar achievements were also witnessed in North Phyongan Province and other regions.
