Introduced at the presentation and exhibition were a number of successes and exhibits made by the field of anti-epidemic and public health in the researches to make a substantial contribution to strengthening the anti-epidemic foundation and further improve the quality of medical service.

Appreciated at the presentation were the papers presented by Kim Il Sung University, the State Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Medical Science, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Pyongyang University of Medicine, the hygienic and anti-epidemic centre in Moranbong District and other units.

Present at the closing ceremony were Ri Chung Gil, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Kyong Chol, minister of Public Health, officials concerned and scientists, technicians, three-revolution team members, postgraduate students and students from different units including ministries, national institutions and provincial anti-epidemic and public health institutions.

Ri Tu Il, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea, made a closing address.
