Condiments Production Standardized
Pyongyang, November 30 (KCNA) -- The Ministry of Local Industry in the DPRK is pushing ahead under a stepwise plan with the work to standardize the production of condiments.

Officials and researchers concerned went to the Pyongyang Condiments Factory to deepen the work for grasping the soy and bean paste production process and confirmed the main quality indices affecting the flavor of soy and bean paste.

And they settled the technical problems arising in optimizing the program that helps monitor in real time the factory's production and synthesize and modify the characteristics of the processes.

In connection with the relevant units, they also solved the technical problems arising in ensuring the security and reliability of information.

After the development of the production control program, the ministry has made preparations for its application. The program was introduced to the condiments factories in each province and the interlocking test was carried out.

The development of the soy and bean paste production control program opened up a prospect for improving the taste of soy and bean paste by monitoring and controlling the production process of condiments factories in real time and standardizing the production of condiments.
