While raising the speed of tunneling by introducing advanced blasting methods and rational tunneling methods, Kaechon, Pongchon and Joyang coal mines under the Kaechon Area Coal-Mining Complex have over-fulfilled their daily production plans by tapping reserves and possibilities.

The Ryongdung Coal Mine of the Kujang Area Coal-Mining Complex introduced a new technical innovation plan to keep the production going at a high rate. And Ryongsu and Ryongmun coal mines have brought about good results, preparing materials necessary for the normal operation of equipment by their own efforts.

The Pukchang Area Youth Coal-Mining Complex, the Hamnam Area Coal-Mining Complex and the Onsong Area Coal-Mining Complex, too, have made signal innovation in the coal production.
