Youth and Students Visit Paektusan Secret Camp
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- A group of youth and students from across the country for study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu visited Chairman Kim Jong Il's birthplace in the Paektusan Secret Camp on Saturday.

After arriving in the sacred and historic place, members of the group showed feelings of joy and passion, looking up at Jong Il Peak.

They held a meeting in the compound of the mosaic depicting the images of the peerlessly great men to pledge to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche, pioneered in Mt Paektu, through generations under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Led by Pak Myong Jin, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, they made an oath to glorify the honor of the advancing group in the van of the struggle for bringing earlier the rosy future of Korean-style socialism.

At the end of the meeting, they looked round the historic mementoes preserved at the birthplace, the monument inscribed with the autographic poem written by President Kim Il Sung and revolutionary slogans, recollecting with deep emotion the noble revolutionary career and exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il who was born as the son of Mt Paektu and devoted his whole life to the country and people.

On the same day, the group members toured the Sajabong Secret Camp. Being briefed on the revolutionary exploits of the President, they went round the log cabin of the headquarters, the publishing house and the site of a barrack of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army at the camp.
