Women's union members in Jongju and Kusong cities, Pakchon, Tongrim, Thaechon and other counties of the province have dynamically conducted shock brigade activities to contribute to the rural housing construction and the increased grain production.

They have also produced much meat through a rabbit raising movement, while over-fulfilling their yearly cocoon production plans and increasing the production of castor bean seeds.

There are also women's union members contributing to increasing the country's wealth, strengthening the national defence capabilities and encouraging the builders to perform feats at major construction sites in the province through agitprop activities and sincere support.
