The Ryonjin Fishery Station and an office for stocking the sea with fishes have consolidated material and technical foundations for artificial culture grounds and raised the technical and skill levels of employees to release more fry into the sea.

The province has also paid deep attention to creating artificial fish banks favorable for the growth of sea animals and plants and stocking rivers and lakes with fry.
