| New and Peculiar Industrial Art Designs Created in DPRK

| Pyongyang, December 8 (KCNA) -- This year, industrial art creators of various units and each province in the DPRK, including the Korean Industrial Art Studio, Pyongyang University of Fine Arts, Pyongyang University of Publishing and Printing, have created many new and peculiar designs of practical use to put the country's industrial art on a new high stage. The field of industrial art produced more than 100 valuable designs such as the ones of new-type passenger car, mobile stall and broad-gauge electric car. The field of costume art created designs conducive to enhancing the looks and appearance of people, including those of clothes for teachers and employees at schoolchildren's palaces and halls. Many designs have been created in the field of commercial art, drawing the attention of citizens. Among them are designs for the emblem of Women's Clothes Exhibition-2022 and "Pomhyanggi"-trademark of the Sinuiju Cosmetics Factory, and those of the signboards for service establishments in the Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District and Songhwa Street. There are also designs of medals, symbols, certificates, guide boards and others. |
