Workers of the Haeju Farm Machine Factory renovated the major equipment so as to make all kinds of farm machines more convenient to use. They are also pushing forward with the work to build an assembly-line for new type tractors while carrying out the plan for the production of rice-seedling transplanters and their accessories on all indices.

Farm machine trailers factories in Hamhung and Chongjin, too, simultaneously solved the sci-tech problems and adjusted or improved equipment. As a result, they produced the small rice harvesters and exhausters for drying grains in the fixed period.
