The message said that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation expressed the sincerest condolences to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, and through him, to all the people of the DPRK on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Korean people and close friend of Russia.

It noted that Comrade Kim Jong Il would always be alive in their hearts as the faithful son of the Korean people and great successor to the cause pioneered by Comrade Kim Il Sung, adding that under the wise and veteran leadership of Kim Jong Il the Korean people dynamically advanced towards a new victory, holding the banner of the Juche idea and the Songun politics.

It said that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation highly praised Kim Jong Un for having devoted his ceaseless efforts to defending the socialist gains of the Korean people and strengthening the defence capability and security of the DPRK.

The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and fresh success in his noble work, and hoped that the friendship and fraternal cooperation between the peoples of the two countries would be strengthened.
