The building of multi-functional lecture rooms, practice rooms, e-library, gymnasium and others has made it possible to raise the educational work to a higher level and prepare students to be competent revolutionary talents.

It is a brilliant fruition of the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who put forward the educational work as the most important affair and led it at every step that the college, whose site was personally chosen by President Kim Il Sung, could be turned into an important base for training talents in education.

Present at the ceremony were Pak Yong Chol, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, teaching staff and students of the college.
