The province dispatched officials of a relevant department of the provincial people's committee and officials and instructors of the provincial teaching training institute and city and county teachers' retraining institutes to rural schools to help teachers improve their qualifications.

It has conducted the work for evaluating the ability of teachers at rural schools and improving their qualification in various forms and ways through video conferencing, introducing hundreds of superior educational methods.
