The province carried on the work for popularizing the experience of advanced units in a methodological way and encouraged officials to pay attention to the said movement.

It also directed efforts to making the popular masses accept this movement as the work for themselves, while encouraging the effective operation of sci-tech learning spaces to train talented technicians and skilled workers and solving the problems arising in the introduction of employees' technical innovation proposals and inventions.

And it stirred up the zeal for competition among regions and units through review of the work related to the movement.

In this course, tens of units across the province have won the title of model technical innovation unit this year, including the titles of thrice model technical innovation unit and twice model technical innovation unit.
