The high-speed tunneling contest has been conducted, divided into four stages, to provide hundreds of preliminary cutting faces throughout the Ministry of Coal Industry this year.

The Ministry of Coal Industry and coal mining complexes carried on detailed economic operations and guidance to give precedence to prospecting.

Several coal prospecting teams improved the performance of drilling machines and introduced advanced prospecting methods, thus making signal progress in the work to secure new cutting faces.
