In the message, the president offered deep condolences, on behalf of the government and people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and on his own behalf, to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of demise of the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, the eternal chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission.

He said that the government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela highly praises the immortal fighting exploits of the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il who devoted his all to further strengthening and developing the WPK and realizing the cause of socialism and reunification of the Korean nation.

Comrade Kim Jong Il published famous works to teach us the truth that a socialist state can be built wonderfully despite the imperialists' arbitrary practices and moves to isolate and stifle it, he said.

He reaffirmed their political support to the DPRK in the struggle against imperialism, the principal enemy of humankind.
