The successful completion of several construction projects conducive to the regional economic development and the improvement of people's livelihood is a brilliant fruition of the energetic guidance by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is making ceaseless journey of devoted efforts for the good of the people, and of the patriotic devotion by the provincial people who turned out as one in implementing the Party's decisions.

Their completion laid a foundation for popularizing air sports, conducting the environmental protection work in a purposeful way and contributing to the regional economic development and the betterment of people's living standard.

The inaugural ceremonies took place on the spots respectively.

Present there were Ju Chol Nam, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Hong Yong Nam, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, Sim Song Yon, vice-chairperson of the provincial rural economy committee, officials concerned, builders, players, coaches, employees and other working people.

At the end of the ceremonies the participants looked round the completed buildings.
