Modern dwelling houses displaying the great vitality of the rural development in the new era appeared in the seats of the Oryu Vegetable Farm of Sadong District, the Janggyo Farm of Kangnam County, the Sinchon Farm of Jongju City, the Naejung Farm of Yomju County, the Sugu Industrial Crops Farm of Kujang County and the Oyu Farm of Chongjin City and in the villages of the crop-raising workteam No. 2 and stock-breeding workteam of the Oyu Farm, the vegetable-raising workteam No. 2 of the Jikjol Vegetable Farm of Tanchon City and crop-raising workteams Nos. 4 and 5 of the Ryonpho Farm of Hamju County.

The houses of various styles, equipped with all living conditions and environment, make it possible for the agricultural workers to lead a worthwhile life while enjoying the socialist civilization.

Those new villages are a brilliant fruition of the warm love for the people and energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is working hard to transform the rural areas of the country in a fundamental way suited to the era of the Workers' Party and thus make the agricultural workers enter the first gateway to communist society before others. They are also a true picture of the country prospering on the people-first principle.

Ceremonies of moving into new houses took place on the spots respectively.

Present there were officials of the Party and power organs in Pyongyang and relevant provinces, cities and counties, builders, officials of units which contributed to the construction and agricultural workers to move into dwelling houses.

Congratulatory speeches were made and the licenses for use of houses conveyed at the ceremonies. And there were oath-taking speeches.

Then, housewarming began amid the display of merry dancing parties.
