They include the Board of Directors of the International Martial Arts Foundation, the Beijing Chao Ya International Cultural Exchange Center, the Beijing International Cultural Development Center for China-DPRK Friendship, the General Association of Koreans in China, the Association of Korean Nationals in Dandong City of China and its branches, the General Association of the Traders of Korean Nationality in Dandong City of China and the family of Hwang Paek Ha, a China-resident Korean related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, Phyo Song Ryong, chairman of the Association of Korean Businessmen in China, Shen Qingsong, chairperson of the Association of Korean Nationals in Dandong City of China, Kil Kyong Gap, chairman of the Association of Korean Nationals in Shenyang City, Kang Hak Won, chairman of the Association of Korean National Businessmen in Liaoning Province, Choe Kol, general manager of the Sobaeksu Culture Proliferation Co. Ltd. in Liaoning Province, Piao Guang Jie, CEO of the Dandong Jincheng Co. Ltd. of China and the family of Choe Su Jin, general manager of the Heilongjiang Provincial National Economic Development Company of China.

The floral baskets were laid before the statues of the President and the Chairman on December 30.

On the same day a floral basket in the name of Lin Bin, manager of the Hengfeng Trade Co. Ltd. in Dandong of China, was placed before the statues of the great leaders.
