Calendars for 2023 Produced in DPRK
Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- Calendars were produced ahead of the hopeful New Year Juche 112 (2023).

The calendars reflect the proud appearance of the country where a series of events and successes to be specially recorded in its history have been made in a row under the wise guidance of the great Party.

The Art and Literature Publishing House put art works on the calendar to show a stirring era in which the people's dreams and ideals are translated into the reality of prosperity and civilization.

The spectacular and beautiful scenes of Mt Paektu, the cradle of the Korean revolution, symbol of victory and mental mainstay of the people, Mt Myohyang, Mt Chilbo and other famous mountains of the country are depicted in the calendar produced by the Higher Education Book Publishing House.

The Social Science Publishing House put the parade columns of the armed forces of the DPRK which have grown to be the powerful revolutionary armed forces with the absolute might which can't be ignored by the world on the calendar, and the Kumsong Youth Publishing House depicted on the calendar the happy looks of the rising generation who are growing up to be the masters of a thriving Korea, fully materializing their precious dreams and hopes under the blessing of the sun.

Some calendars represent metal crafts, ceramic crafts and calligraphic works associated with the wisdom and talents of the Korean nation with 5, 000-year-long history and brilliant culture.
