Various types of dwelling houses with perfect living conditions and environment have appeared at the seat of the Jangsuwon Farm and workteams Nos. 2 and 5 of the Kuso Farm under the Pyongyang City Rural Economy Committee, crop-raising workteams Nos. 5 and 9 of the Migok Farm in Sariwon City of North Hwanghae Province and many farm villages in South Hwanghae and North Hamgyong provinces and Nampho City.

The new villages, well built to embody originality, modernity, cultural and political character and show the regional features, are the cradles of happiness born of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's far-reaching plan and devoted efforts to provide the agricultural workers with a highly-civilized and worthwhile life.

Ceremonies of moving into the new houses took place on the spots.

Present there were officials of Party and power organs in Pyongyang City and relevant provinces, cities and counties, builders, officials of units which assisted the construction, and agricultural workers who received new houses.

Congratulatory speeches were made, the licenses for use of houses conveyed to the owners and oath-taking speeches made at the ceremonies.

Housewarming parties began with a merry dance.

Officials came to the families who moved into new houses to share joy with them.
