Pyongyang City Taekwon-Do School introduced into the practice a new form of theoretical teaching method based on the Taekwon-Do educational aid program, while manufacturing measuring instrument necessary for increasing the hitting speed and completing the rational training methods.

North Hwanghae Provincial Taekwon-Do School enhanced the practical effect of teaching by making an e-teaching program based on multimedia.

Kangwon Provincial Taekwon-Do School developed an educational aid program for sports psychology and South Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do School created effective teaching methods.

Meanwhile, various Taekwon-Do schools including the Taekwon schools in North Hamgyong and South Phyongan provinces exchanged and disseminated excellent teaching experience and achievements to make progress in creating new teaching methods for putting Taekwon-Do education on a scientific basis.
