Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station Fulfills Production Plan for First New Year's Day

| Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- The Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station in the DPRK carried out the electric-power production plan for the first day of the New Year 2023 in hearty response to the decisions of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). The officials intensified the organizational work and technical guidance for implementing the ambitious plan after finding out the way to boost the production. Power Station No. 1 raised the efficiency of the generators and made the most effective use of water. Technical personnel and workers at Power Station No. 2 applied the rational operational way suited to the specific features of the equipment and thus increased the electric-power production. Workers at Power Station No. 3 also operated the generators at full capacity. Technicians and skilled workers supplied various kinds of accessories, thus contributing to the electric-power production. |
