Present there were Jon Hyon Chol, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), So Jong Jin, minister of Construction and Building-Materials Industry, Wi Chol Su, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, and officials and employees of the complex.

Jon Hyon Chol conveyed a congratulatory message of the Central Committee of the WPK to the workers, technicians and officials of the complex at the meeting.

In the message, the Party Central Committee highly praised the workers, technicians and officials of the complex for having performed, with absolute trust in the Party and the leader and intense loyalty to them, brilliant labor feats in the major construction projects for the development and prosperity of the country to steadfastly support the Party's idea and policy.

Pak Song Il, manager of the complex, made a report to be followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that they would make a bigger and bolder step for leap forward and innovations to implement the decisions of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the WPK, united as one around the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, and successfully build monumental edifices and thus fully display the spirit and mettle of the heroic working class in the struggle for implementing the five-year plan.
