The UAWK Central Committee has studied the practical ways for innovating the organizing and guiding of the mass movement this year in line with the Party's idea and intention.

Its officials direct efforts to encouraging the members to steadily carry forward the tradition of loyalty displayed by the patriotic farmers who kindled the flames of the patriotic movement across the country in response to the call of the Party for increased wartime food production.

Constructive plans are proposed to find and generalize an effective methodology so that various mass movements can serve as a course of elevating the ideological level and political consciousness of the agricultural workers to make them masters of the rural revolution.

Also, Plans are being worked out to make the patriotic movements the work for the working masses themselves by inheriting the traditions of various mass movements and boosting their cognitive and educational effects.
