The courses make the participants have a deep understanding of the tasks related to the emergency anti-epidemic work set forth at the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and intensively deal with the ways of preventing diseases that may occur in winter.

Emergency anti-epidemic institutions at all levels actively explore the anti-epidemic problems suited to the natural and geographical features and specific conditions of their regions in the anti-epidemic work, thus making the contents of the course more realistic.

The hygiene workers attending the courses find vulnerable points and gaps in their current anti-epidemic work, and take measures to prevent the inroads of the malignant infectious diseases and effectively bar the spread of flu.
