The UAWK Central Committee organized the emulation for producing much more self-sufficing manure among provinces, cities and counties and has carried on its review and appreciation in a substantial way.

The North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the UAWK has pushed ahead with the work to generalize the successes of those units and farmers in cities and counties that are exemplary in the production and transport of self-sufficing manure so as to stir up a movement for overtaking and learning from others and swapping experiences.

Such campaign has been conducted by the South Phyongan Provincial Committee and the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the UAWK.
