Scientific Research into Improvement of Foodstuff Brisk in DPRK
Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- The Academy of Food Industry under the Ministry of Regional Industry in the DPRK intensifies the scientific research into the improvement of condiments and dairy products.

The Academy has taken sci-tech measures to improve the quality of soy and bean paste.

Its various research institutes are stepping up the research work to secure the sci-tech guarantee for producing quality dairy products with hygienic safety throughout the country.

The fermentation research institute and the food research institute strive to improve the quality of dairy products and ensure the hygienic safety of the processing equipment.

The Academy is also conducting the planned work for giving technical assistance to put the regional industrial factories across the country on the level of those in Kimhwa County of Kangwon Province.
