Present there were Ju Chol Gyu, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the Agricultural Commission, Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), officials concerned and officials of the Agricultural Commission, the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea and the units participating in the emulation.

The meeting showed a multi-media program dealing with successes and experience achieved by those units who took the lead in fruit production in 2022.

Then the emulation standings were announced.

Citations in the joint name of the C.C., WPK and the DPRK Cabinet and rotating silk banners were awarded to Pukchong County, the Onchon Fruit Farm and the Toksong Apple Farm.
